WHAT IS REQUIRED BEFORE THE TENT IS TO BE SET UP
Able Rental will call Gopher One 3-5 days prior to installation to have public utility lines marked. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to:
1.) Make sure that the area where the tent is to be placed is marked in white, also accounting for 5′ extra for staking around the perimeter of the tent.
2.) Making sure any private utility lines are marked; both above and below ground (e.g. irrigation, sprinkler heads, any private lines, fence lines, security irrigation control boxes, cable/internet lines, underground utility lines coming out of the garage or any other building that may be on site.) All line markings must be easily visible. Able Rental is not responsible for hitting any private lines that are not marked.
SCHEDULING A RESERVATION
Full payment is due at the time of your order. Payments are non-refundable. A credit card is used to reserve your items and your delivery date.
DELIVERY DISCLOSURE
DELIVERY is available for an additional charge. Delivery rates are based on mileage and quantity of equipment. STANDARD DELIVERY RATES INCLUDE CURBSIDE OR DRIVEWAY DROP OFF & PICK UP ONLY. Additional charges may be assessed for delivery beyond standard curbside drop off/pick up. Be sure to inform us on reservation if you have any delivery/pick up needs beyond the scope of standard delivery.
DELIVERY TIMES: We will be in contact with you and make every effort to arrange for convenient pick up/drop off times. During peak season we can often provide a time frame in which the delivery will occur (eg. AM or PM) but we may not be able to give you an exact time.
TABLE AND CHAIR SET UP: Table and chair set up is NOT INCLUDED in standard party rates. Table and chair set up can be added at the time your reservation is placed.
CANCELLATIONS DUE TO WEATHER
No refunds will be made due to weather cancellations.
